Our Mission
The Alyssa Rose STEM Legacy Foundation is dedicated to honoring the memory of Alyssa Rose Wiest and her remarkable accomplishments by empowering the next generation of young women in STEM. Established to celebrate Alyssa’s passion for science, her academic excellence, and her unwavering determination, the foundation provides support, inspiration, and financial assistance to students pursuing higher education in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Through ongoing scholarships and outreach, we strive to carry forward Alyssa’s legacy by enabling young women to achieve their goals and make a lasting impact on the world—just as she did.

The Leadership
The Alyssa Rose STEM Legacy Foundation is proudly led and managed by Alyssa’s immediate family, whose unwavering commitment ensures her legacy is honored with care, integrity, and purpose. The leadership team includes her father Kurt Martin, step-mother Nicole, sister Alexandria, and brother Kurt Arthur. Together, they oversee every aspect of the foundation’s operations—from event coordination and community outreach to donation management, investment strategy, and scholarship selection. This hands-on, family-driven approach guarantees that every decision reflects Alyssa’s spirit, values, and the deep love her family holds for her and her passion for STEM.

Fri, Oct 17LOVE Infrared Fitness StudioThis class will offer a healing space to bring attention to the issue of domestic violence while fostering physical, emotional, and mental well-being for those affected by it. We will spend 45 minutes in a gentle, restorative flow and 15 minutes in an extended savasana.
